We currently ship to the U.S. (excluding Arkansas & Utah), Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, and Australia.

E-Liquid sales to Indiana are prohibited by law. Customers who place an order containing E-Liquid that is shipped to Indiana will be contacted by us via e-mail within 24 hours (Excluding Sundays and Major Holidays) of placing the order. Customers can choose to either cancel all E-Liquids from their order for store credit/refund and have the remaining item(s) shipped out or cancel the entire order altogether.
Once an order has left our facility we are no longer responsible for these items. Lost, missing, or stolen packages must be referred to contacting USPS about any issues concerning shipping mishaps.
Please note we use USPS as our main shipping provider; Sundays and some National Holidays are NON-Postal service days. During these days our packages are not picked up, delivered, nor do they travel in transit. Being based in Hawaii, packages may take a few days longer to deliver rather than the automated and advertised time arrival. We offer three USPS options for shipping:
USPS Priority (used for Free Shipping if contents are bulky and heavier than 1 pound) – (most recommended for worthy purchases) Priority Mail will normally take 3-6 business days to deliver once it is picked up by USPS. Priority 3-Day Mail is NOT guaranteed delivery in three days or even by the estimated time arrival date. The additional expense you pay for when choosing Priority Mail is for the insurance coverage. In the rare case that your package is stolen/lost/damaged USPS offers compensation for up to $100. There is NO Money Back Guarantee if your package is not delivered on the estimated time arrival date.
USPS Express - SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED Express 2-Day Mail is our fastest mailing option. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be delivered in TWO days. Due to the impact of time zones, Express orders placed Thursday night through Saturday risk THREE day deliveries. Express requires a full two business days to deliver. In the rare case that your package is stolen/lost/damaged USPS offers compensation for up to $100. There is a Money Back Guarantee if your package is not delivered on the stated time arrival.
First Class (used for Free Shipping if contents are small and lighter than 1 pound) – First Class Mail will normally take 4-7 business days to deliver once it is picked up by USPS. First Class Mail is the most standard mailing option and does not come with insurance. Your package will not be compensated for if stolen/lost/damaged. If you do not want insurance coverage, First Class is the ideal choice for shipping.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail / USPS First Class International for Canada orders. We ship Batteries and/or E-Liquid to Canada at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated, include a customs fee, or rejected. We are not responsible for these products or fees if done so.
After we ship out the order, we are not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, damaged, and custom issues of the shipment. You will need to contact USPS about any issues with shipping. You are responsible for any duties/custom fees. Shipping time will take an estimated 10-14 business days to deliver once shipped. If your package is held by customs you will have to wait for the package to be released.
United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, and Australia:
We ship to these international countries using USPS Priority Mail (Tracking and Insured) for a flat rate of $32 USD up to 2.6 pounds. Packages heavier than 2.6 pounds will be charged roughly $50 USD for shipping. USPS First Class International shipping is also offered but this method will take longer and does not have Insurance included. Please choose USPS Priority Mail if you require Insurance.
After we ship out the order, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, and/or custom issues of the shipment. You will need to contact USPS and/or your local carrier about any issues with shipping. Shipping times are not guaranteed and may take up to three weeks to deliver. Please be aware of customs holds and fees that may need to be paid for to receive your package.
Returns and Replacements Policy
**ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
E-JUICE IS FINAL SALE; IT IS AT BUYER'S RISK TO PURCHASE E-JUICE ONLINE THAT S/HE HAS NOT TESTED BEFORE.
SHIPPING EXPENSES FOR REFUND/STORE CREDIT ARE NOT CREDITED BACK, HOWEVER FOR DEFECTIVE PRODCUTS WE COVER COSTS OF RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS.**
**RETURN LABELS ARE LIMITED TO A 7 DAY TIME FRAME ONCE THE LABEL IS ISSUED. IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN WITH SENDING THE RETURN YOU MUST CONTACT US, OTHERWISE THE RETURN COVERAGE IS VOIDED.**
We take our part to inspect every return for the fault that you state. If we find that the product does not have a manufacture defect and is working as intended you are required to pay for the product to be shipped back to you.
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If your package is damaged or tampered with in any way upon arrival, please report it to USPS and ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ immediately. In the rare case that there is a damaged, missing, or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via e-mail, chat, or Facebook is made regarding the damaged/missing/incorrect item(s) within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct and received.
Refunds do not include shipping expense if the product is returned after 14 business days.
Exchanges will not be accepted if you have already tampered with or opened/used a product. We do not cover for shipping on any decision you make after we send you your correct order. (ie. wanting to cancel a shipped order, ordering incorrect product(s), wanting a different product)
VesaVape is not supplied with any warranties from the manufactures we purchase from. Therefore we do not accept returns if a product is non-defective, such as for any minor aesthetic reasons or personal dissatisfaction.
Because our products are not covered by warranty from the manufactures we are not entitled to replace products due to 'wear and tear.' You will have to contact the manufacture of that product for a replacement unit, part, or accessory.
If you have reasoning to return an item, please contact 'email@example.com' as soon as possible with your order number and visual proof of reason for return.
